9319 Burnishing Block for Aluminium Mouldings

For fixing small surface imperfections in the surface finish of anodised mouldings

If you are one of the many who make frames with aluminium mouldings, this very mildly abrasive block can help you remedy small imperfections in the surface finish of silver and black anodised mouldings

Anodised black finishes are prone to very occasional micro silver dots which show up easily. A quick rub with the Burnishing Block then a cloth to wipe away the rubber dust and the micro dots usually disappear.

At LION, the operators of our aluminium mitre saw always have a block to hand when quality checking cut mouldings before packing. Best to try it on some offcuts to gain experience of what it can and cannot do. Not intended for use on painted aluminium mouldings.

Think of the Burnishing Block as a big medium-soft black rubber eraser with some very, very, fine abrasive mixed in. Block size is 80mm x 50mm x 19mm, 95gm.
