Display moulding chevrons on your gallery or shop wall

Traditionally, framers and galleries have covered large areas of panel with brushed nylon fabric. This works well, but wall space is often in short supply.

Our display strips are based on plywood, 600mm long, 50mm wide and 10mm thick. The dark green / grey brushed nylon fabric, 6855, is glued to the plywood, stretched around and stapled on the back.

The strips are simply pinned or screwed to the wall and butted end-to-end as required. This method is quick, easy and very flexible. You can display moulding chevrons on any vertical surface at least a chevron-width wide.

Moulding chevrons are wider than the strips and are raised away from the wall surface making them easier to hold, remove and replace.

As a general guideline, the LOOP goes on the display surface. Brushed nylon fabric and some carpet tiles are good alternatives. The HOOK normally goes on the item to be displayed.
