Mouldings are loaded into the feeder in bulk then automatically fed through a programmed cutting sequence. The conveyor outfeed can be configured to suit your process. Choice of vertical feeder for cutting multiple identical frames, or horizontal feeder for cutting frames in different profiles and sizes. Cuts up to 1900 pieces / 475 frames per hour.

- 'Speed Feed Servo System' for production rates of up to 475 frames an hour.

- 2 x 350mm saw blades.

- Easy to set up and programme.

- Vertical moulding feeder for manufacture of multiple identical frames from easily stackable moulding profiles. 

- Horizontal moulding feeder for manufacture of frames in varying sizes and profile. 

- Accurate cutting with horizontal and vertical clamping systems and accurate grippers to position the moulding for cutting, minimising waste and increasing yield.

- Multiple bespoke options for after-cut material handling - conveyor and kicker systems to distribute cut pieces to underpinner stations, or to be loaded into AF-500 Frame Joining Robot.
