When fixing STAS picture hanging rails, Minirail, Cliprail, Cliprail Max, Cliprail Pro, Multirail and Multirail Max, a recommendation is to drill the holes in the wall 19mm below the ceiling. Local requirements may require different positions.

Only Cliprail Max and Multirail Max are designed to be positioned right up to the ceiling.
