Power Twist V Nails have been engineered by Alfamacchine to achieve the tightest corner join. The tapered shape and elasticity of the steel make the V Nail twist outwards as it enters the moulding, then contracts to return to its original shape, pulling the corner join tightly closed.

Power Twist V-Nails for Alfamacchine are 11m wide and fit their current ‘U’ series underpinners, as well as older machines branded ‘Minigraf’. They are also compatible with machines manufactured by A+ Automation.

Power Twist V Nails are made from the finest carbon steel and as a result they stay consistently straight when inserted, even in timber with variable grain such as Finger Jointed Pine.

+ Bonded With Silicone Lubricant
Each strip of Power Twist V Nails is bonded with a silicone strip which also acts as a lubricant, ensuring V Nails slide smoothly into the moulding. Alternative brands are bonded with a glue strip which builds up and causes jamming in the firing mechanism.
